Your enquiry.
Your details.
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional business name and your message so Tom Rielly can respond to your enquiry.
Where it goes
The website is served through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. The form sends your enquiry securely to Tom’s existing VentraIP hosting, which emails it to thomasrielly87@gmail.com. Google processes the email in that mailbox. Please don’t include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
What it’s used for
Your details are used to understand and reply to your enquiry and any resulting project conversation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. Enquiries remain in the email mailbox as correspondence; you can ask Tom to remove them.
Keeping the form useful
The form uses a hidden spam field, server-side checks and sending limits. A temporary hash of the network address and submission time is stored separately from your message to limit misuse. Entries expire from that rate-limit file after 24 hours and are removed when the next submission is processed. The hosting providers may keep their usual security and access logs.
A question or a change?
Email thomasrielly87@gmail.com if you’d like to ask about, correct or request removal of information you’ve sent. The example business websites on this site are demonstrations and do not collect enquiries for those fictional businesses.
